Important note for Meal:
Please do let us know at least 2 days prior to your tour date, if you have any food restriction or allergy. We cannot arrange a vegetarian or special meal option on the day of your activity.

◆CANCELLATION POLICY
For groups of 1–10 guests:
・10 to 3 days before: 30% of the program charge
・2 days to the day before: 50% of the program charge
・On the day / No-show: 100% of the program charge
For groups of 11 or more:
・30 to 11 days before: 30% of the program charge
・10 days to the day before: 50% of the program charge
・On the day / No-show: 100% of the program charge
◆PLEASE NOTE
All the seats are assigned upon your payment, your seat is already arranged when
you arrive. It is not “first come, first served”.
Please note that there is a limited waiting area for early arrivals.
We are grateful to receive so many bookings from around the world and would like
to have as many guests as possible to share this experience.
To make this happen there might be a possibility of having your table shared with other guests.
Also, if you are a big group (more than 6), we might not be able to fit you together in
one table.
If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance. Without prior notice,
we may not be able to accommodate your needs.
This event offers a hands-on program where you can experience sumo firsthand.
While the wrestlers will take great care to ensure safety, please note that we are fully
exempted from any liability for incidents, injuries and/or damage and loss of
belongings.
